Andrews Farm is part of our regular outer-north area along with Munno Para, Blakeview, Davoren Park and Angle Vale. From our base in Elizabeth East, it’s a straightforward trip for booked work and emergencies.
Hot water
No hot water is one of the most common reasons people call us. Before you ring, check the switchboard for a tripped circuit on an electric system, or whether the pilot light is out on a gas storage system. If it’s leaking from the tank, turn off the cold water valve to the unit and call.
We’ll tell you whether it’s a part that can be replaced or the end of the system’s life, and confirm the cost before any work.
Blocked drains and toilets
