Drains and stormwater
Two of the most common outdoor problems we see on suburban blocks are blocked sewer drains and stormwater that doesn’t go where it should. Stormwater issues show up as water pooling near the house, overflowing gutters or downpipes, and soggy patches that never dry out. Left alone, water near the house can affect footings and paths.
We’ll trace the problem, whether that’s a blockage, a disconnected downpipe or a broken pipe, and fix it properly.
Hot water: repair or replace
If your hot water system has stopped working, we’ll check whether it’s a part that can be replaced or the end of the system’s life. As a rough guide, systems around 10 years old or more are often better replaced, but it depends on the fault. Like-for-like replacements can often be done on the same day.
