Two suburbs, one page
Munno Para and Munno Para West sit side by side in the City of Playford, between Smithfield, Andrews Farm and Blakeview. Rather than write two near-identical pages, we’ve covered both here. The plumbing jobs are much the same across both: the mix depends more on a home’s age than which side of the boundary it’s on.
Newer homes
On newer homes, the first plumbing problems usually show up after a few years: builder-grade hot water units starting to fail, tapware cartridges wearing, toilet cistern valves running and the odd drainage issue as the ground settles. We fix those properly rather than patching them.
Established homes
Older homes tend to bring the classic problems: tree roots in sewer joints, worn tap washers, older hot water systems and pipework that has been patched over the years. If a drain keeps blocking, we’ll use a camera to find out why.
